Our Story
Who We Are
Dominguez Builds LLC was founded with a simple promise: deliver construction services that our customers can be proud of, on time and within budget. Led by Juan and Tamika Dominguez, our company has grown from a small residential contractor into a full-service construction firm serving clients across South Florida.
We specialize in everything from minor property improvements and interior renovations to new home construction and large-scale commercial projects. No job is too small to deserve our full attention, and no project is too large for our experienced crew.
We primarily serve Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach County — but for the right project, we’ll go wherever you need us in Florida.
When you work with Dominguez Builds, you’re not just hiring a contractor. You’re getting a team that communicates clearly, shows up on schedule, and stands behind every nail and beam we put in place.
